Please read all of the following carefully!
Regular airmail does NOT include registered (signed for) or any kind of tracking or insurance. Registered postage or tracked postage is available at an additional charge which is usually about $8 to $12 more than the regular airmail price. Insurance is also available at an extra cost but not to all countries so check in the cart once you have your order ready to go. Please understand that without us sending your item by either of these methods of shipping we have absolutely NO WAY of locating any delayed or misplaced items in the mail. You (the buyer) will take all responsibility for items once they leave our hands if you choose not to track, register or insure your item. So, just to reiterate (because we seem to get so many people trying to pull the wool over our eyes), buying from Rare Records you agree to these above terms and take responsibility for this purchase in it’s entirety once it is posted and leaves our hands. You MUST take up the tracked, registered or insurance options IF you want to have complete peace of mind. We also have to fill out a customs form to send your package off so please be aware or any extra sneaky charges your government may sling on you, we promise you it’s not us 🙂
We are unable to take responsibility for any items not sent via tracked or registered post because we are unable to trace the item after it has left our hands. To ensure a safe and secure transaction we recommend the registered postage option for $3.50 (on top of the normal postage). This is a default method in our check out. All items can be traced once they are out of our hands this way. The registered post option also comes with insurance up to $100. Further insurance can be purchased for an additional amount which will be calculated in your cart. So again, just so you understand….IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR TRACKED OR REGISTERED DELIVERY WE DO NOT HOLD ANY RESPONSIBILITY ON ITEMS SENT. Thank You.
